COOLCAT is more than a brand with a clear identity. Our corporate culture, i.e. the standards and values of our organisation, is special too.
The most important values, which are decisive for our culture and image are Alertness, Customer Care, Profitability, Brand Awareness, Excellence and, far from least, Joy. So if you want to work for COOLCAT, you will need to have these values in your genes. For this is how we form a good team of committed employees who get down to work with passion and pleasure. The atmosphere at COOLCAT is open, but also safe. Making a mistake is not a disaster, as long as you learn something from it!
We do not bother with a line of command. Our organisation is horizontal and informal: all doors are open. That is particularly fitting, because COOLCAT is a large company. Yet, because of our corporate culture, we feel that we make one strong team together.
