At our Support Offices in Amsterdam and Houten, we have various departments, i.e. Finance, Human Resource Management, Sales, Buying & Styling, Project Management, Visual Merchandising, Security & Loss Prevention, IT, Real Estate, Planning, Facility, Distribution Centre and Merchandising.

These departments must provide as much support to the Stores as possible. So both Support Offices do their utmost to offer good service to the Stores.

Most COOLCAT employees work in the Stores. The manning of a given store depends on the floor space turnover. You can work in the Stores as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Floor Manager, Trainee, Sales Staff or Assistant.

As a Store Manager, you are ultimately responsible for the Store. You always endeavour to generate the highest turnover possible. Important aspects include organising the daily activities and Visual Merchandise, because a taut presentation is vital. And naturally, you also deal with the training of your colleagues.

As an Assistant Store Manager and/or Floor Manager, you support the Store Manager in the daily routine, and also replace him or her when she/he is absent.

Our Trainees are our Assistants in training. As a trainee, you support your Store’s management team as well as possible.

Our enthusiastic, passionate Sales Staff and Assistants make our team complete. They give our customers good advice and optimal service. They also ensure that the articles are well presented.
