CoolCat endeavours to have your order delivered within 4 working days at most. We deliver at the indicated home address. For deliveries, CoolCat works together with SelektVracht. We can deliver to all home addresses in the Netherlands. We cannot deliver to post box addresses in the Netherlands or to addresses outside the Netherlands.
CoolCat charges a fixed sum of €3.95 for handling and shipping, irrespective of the method of payment, weight and size of the package.
SelektVracht delivers the articles in the afternoon or on Saturday morning, usually 4 working days after the order. It is not possible to determine the delivery period yourself. If the articles cannot be handed over, one further attempt is made to deliver them in the afternoon and two further such attempts to deliver in the evening. After 4 failed attempts, the goods are returned to CoolCat, and we contact you to see how you wish to proceed.
If several orders are placed in one day, they are dealt with as separate orders, each with its own invoice and shipping costs.
