Ordering from CoolCat.nl could not be simpler. Select Men or Women at the top left of the homepage. Then select T-shirts/Tops, Pants, Sweats or Other. You will then reach the webshop where you can choose from the list of articles. Once you have chosen an article in the webshop, you can enter the colour, size and number of pieces. If you want, you can view the article in the chosen colour in an enlarged format by clicking on one of the small photos. Click the ‘’Buy Now’’ button to add the article to your shopping cart.
You can change articles in or remove them from your shopping cart. Simply go to the shopping cart. Here, you can change the number of pieces, or click on the small cross to the left of an article to remove it from the shopping cart. You complete your order with payment. After payment, you can no longer change or cancel your order. There is a return procedure once you have received your articles which is described further.
Once you have placed and completed your order, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. Once we have shipped the article, you will receive another e-mail containing a tracking number you can use to track your order via SelektVracht. www.selektvracht.nl
