You can return articles within 14 days after the date on the invoice/packer’s form, on condition that the articles have not been worn and that the price tag is still attached. In addition, you must bring along or send in the return slip which is below the invoice/packer’s form.
The simplest way is to bring the articles back to one of our stores. So you have no more costs. In the store, you can exchange the article or get reimbursed.You can also return articles to the CoolCat website by post (at the address below). If you do, you have to pay for the shipping costs. Upon receipt, we reimburse you for the price of the article. Any costs for insufficient shipping charges are deducted from this reimbursement.If you return ALL articles of an order at once, we reimburse the administrative and shipping charges as well.
Yes, you can exchange marked down articles in one of our stores. We do not reimburse cash in our stores for marked down articles. You can also return articles to the CoolCat webshop. (Cf. supra how to do so). We will reimburse the costs for the marked down article upon receipt thereof.
